No. SANKIRNA 0619/466/C.R. 107/DESK-11.—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) section 11 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (2 of 1974), in its application to the State of Maharashtra and of all other powers enabling in this behalf; and in partial modification of all the earlier notifications issued in this behalf, in so far as they relate to the Court of Judicial Magistrate, First Class, Pimpalgaon and Court of Judicial Magistrate, First Class, Niphad in Nashik District, the Government of Maharashtra, in consultation of the High Court of the Bombay, hereby directs that, with effect from the 6th November, 2020,— (a) the villages specified in the Schedule appended herewith, which were heretofore included within the Jurisdiction of the Court of the Judicial Magistrate, First Class, Pimpalgaon shall be excluded therefrom and be included within the Jurisdiction of the Court of Judicial Magistrate, First Class, Niphad in Nashik District; and (b) all the matters of criminal nature arising out of villages mentioned in the schedule appended herewith, pending before the said date in the Court of Judicial Magistrate, First Class, Pimpalgaon shall be withdrawn and transferred to the Court of Judicial Magistrate, First Class, Niphad in Nashik District for disposal according to law.
