Authenticity may be verified through https://compose.kerala.gov.in/ GOVERNMENT OF KERALA NOTIFICATION In exercise of the powers conferred under sub-section (3) of section 10 of the Kerala Madrasa Teachers' Welfare Fund Act, 2019 (18 of 2019) the Government of Kerala hereby nominate Dr. Adeela Abdulla IAS, Director, Minority Welfare Department, Smt.Umadevi L.D, Joint Secretary, General Administration (Minority Welfare) Department, Shri S.Satheesh Kumar, Joint Secretary, Finance Department, as the representatives of the State Government in the Kerala Madrasa Teachers' Welfare Fund Board and to include the name Sri. Ansal P as the Chief Executive Officer of the Kerala Madrasa Teachers' Welfare Fund Board consequently make the following further amendment to the notification, issued under G.O.(P)No. 10/2018/GAD. dated 16th October, 2018 and published as S.R.O.No.716/2018 in the Kerala Gazette Extraordinary No.2575 dated 16th October, 2018, namely:- A MENDMENT In the said notification, under the Schedule,- (i) for the serial numbers 10,11 and 12 in column (1) and the entries against them in column (2) and (3), the following serial numbers and the entries shall respectively be substituted, namely:- “10. Dr Adeela Abdulla IAS, Director, Minority Welfare Department. Representing the Government General Administration (Minority Welfare) Department G.O.(P)No.22/2023/GAD Dated, Thiruvananthapuram, 29th September, 2023 This is a digitally signed Gazette. As per notification issued under G.O.(P)No.10/2018/GAD. dated, 16 th October, 2018 and published as S.R.O.No.716/2018 in the Kerala Gazette Extraordinary No.2575 dated, 16th October 2018, Government of Kerala has constituted the Kerala Madrasa Teachers' Welfare Fund Board. As the Government representatives of the said Board, Sri.A.M.Jaffar, Director, Minority Welfare Directorate has relieved from the said post, Smt.Jayasree.L representative from the General Administration(Minority Welfare) Department has retired from service and the Finance Department has recommended the name of Sri.S.Satheesh Kumar as the representative of the said Department, the Government have decided to nominate Dr.Adeela Abdulla, Smt.Umadevi. L.D and Sri.S.Satheesh Kumar as the Government representatives of This is a digitally signed Gazette. Moreover, the Subordinate Legislation Committee in its report has recommended to publish the order of appointment of the Chief Executive Officer of the said Board in the Official Gazette.
