(EXTRA.), OCT. 31, 2023 (KRTK. 9, 1945 SAKA) HARYANA GOVERNMENT EXCISE AND TAXATION DEPARTMENT Notification The 31st October, 2023 No. 67 /GST-2.— In exercise of the powers conferred by section 148 of the Haryana Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (19 of 2017), the Governor of Haryana, on the recommendations of the Council, hereby makes the following amendments in the Haryana Government, Excise and Taxation Department, notification No. 44/GST-2, dated the 29th August, 2023, namely :– Amendment In the Haryana Government, Excise and Taxation Department, notification No. 44/GST-2, dated the 29th August, 2023, after the words “hereby notifies the following special procedure to be followed”, the words and figures “with effect from 1st day of January 2024” shall be inserted and shall be deemed to have been inserted with effect from the 29th August, 2023.
