IN pursuance of the provisions of clause (3) of Article 348 of the Constitution, the Govemor is * pleased to order the publication of the following English translation of notification no. 1824/1X-6-2022- 05C.V.-2022, dated September 27, 2022 for general information : . No. 1824 /1X-6-2022-05C.V.-2022 Dated Lucknow, September 27, 2022 WHEREAS Government notification no. 1161/1X-6-2022-05 C.V.-2022, dated 20 August, 2022 was published on the same date to invite objections and suggestions on the proposal for including the area mentioned in Schedule-l in the smaller urban arca of Municipal Council Shahabad district Hardoi as required under sub-section (1) of section 4 of the Uttar Pradesh Municipalities Act, 1916 (U.P. Act no. 2 of 1916) (hereinafter referred to as the "said Act") ; AND, WHEREAS, the objections and suggestions received within the stipulated period have been disposed of vide Government Order no. 1731 /1X-6-2022-05 C.V -2022, dated September 8, 2022 ; NOW, THEREFORE, in exercise of the powers under cluuse (2) of Article 243-Q of the Constitution read with sub-section (2) of section 3 of the said Act, the Go “mor, having regard to the population of the area, the density of the population therein, the revenue generated for local administration, the percentage of employment in non agricultural activities, the economic imporunce and such other factors, is pleased to declare that the area specified in Schedule-1 below shall be inciuded in the smaller urban area of Municipal Council Shahabad district Hardoi for the purpose of Part 1X-A of the Constitution of India and is further pleased to notifv under clause (d) of Article 243-P of the Con! that the arca specified in Schedule-11 below shall be ui. territorial area of the said Municipal Ceunci’ “i.ubad district Hardoi.
