No.VPM-2022/CR- 207/PR-4 (22).—In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (g) of article 243 of the Constitution of India read with section 4 of the Maharashtra Village Panchayats Act ( III of 1959), and of all other powers enabling it in this behalf, and in supersession of all the previous notifications or instruments issued in this behalf, and after consultation with the Standing Committee of the Zilla Parishad, Pune and Village Panchayat and Gram Sabha Manappawasti, in Baramati Tahasil of Pune District, the Governor of Maharashtra hereby specifies the 21st September 2022 to be the date from which each of the local area comprising revenue villages Manappawasti and Mhasobanagar in Baramati Tahasil, in Pune District, specified in column (3) of the Schedule appended hereto, shall be Manappawasti and Mhasobanagar, as specified in column (2) thereof, for the purposes of Part IX of the Constitution.
