Short title and commencement- (1) These· rules may be called the Rajasthan State Road Development Fund Rules, 2004 (2) They shall come in to force with effect from the sixth day of September, 2004 2. .befinition :-{ l} In_ these rules, unless the context otherwise (a) 'Act' means the Rajastha~ State Ro:ad Development Fund Act, 2004. (b) 'Section' means a section of the Act. , (c) State Government' µieans Government of Rajasthan (2) ...
