EXTRAORDINARY PUBLISHED BY AUTHORITY No. 330] NEW DELHI, TUESDAY, MAY 10, 2022/VAISAKHA 20, 1944 MINISTRY OF ENVIRONMENT, FOREST AND CLIMATE CHANGE NOTIFICATION New Delhi, the 9th May, 2022 G.S.R. 345(E).—Whereas, directions relating to sale and use of pet coke in lime kilns in the National Capital Region (NCR) States was notified by the Government of India in the Ministry of Environment, Forest and Climate Change videnumber G.S.R. 45(E), dated the 19 th January, 2018, wherein inter alia, it has been provided that the sale of pet coke shall be made only to the industrial units mentioned in the list annexed to the said notification as Annexure, and any change in the said list shall be made on the recommendation of the concerned State Government and with the approval of the Central Pollution Control Board; And whereas, on the recommendation of the State Government of Rajasthan, the Central Pollution Control Board has approved further addition of two units for two lime kilns in the Annexure to the said notification; Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-sections (1) and (2) of section 3 of the Environment (Protection) Act, 1986 (29 of 1986), the Central Government hereby makes the following further amendments in the said notification, namely:- In the said notification, in the Annexure, after serial number 450 and the entries relating thereto, the following serial numbers and entries shall be inserted, namely:- S.
