The 10th August 2020 S.O. 153, Dated 10th August 2020— In exercise of the powers conferred by section 168A of the Bihar Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (12 of 2017), the Governor of Bihar , on the recommendations of the Council, hereby makes the following further amendment in the notification of the Commercial Taxes Department notification No. S.O. 129, dated the 9th June, 2020, published in the Bihar Gazette, Extraordinary, vide number 348, dated the 9th June, 2020, namely:- In the said notification, in the first paragraph, in clause (i),-- (i) for the words, figures and letters “29 th day of June, 2020”, the words, figures and letters “30 th day of August, 2020” shall be substituted; (ii) for the words, figures and letters “30 th day of June, 2020”, the words, figures and letters “31 st day of August, 2020” shall be substituted.
