Government of Uttar Pradesh Revenue Section—-11 No. 711/ Tah -11-2021-02 (12013 Lucknow: Dated 03 October, 2021 Notification In exercise of the powers conferred under Section 7, sub-section (1) of the Uttar Pradesh Disaster Management Act, 2005 (Uttar Pradesh Act No. 20 of 2005), read with Section 21 of the Uttar Pradesh General Clauses Act, 1904 (Uttar Pradesh Act No. 1 of 1904) and Section 14 of the Disaster Management Act, 2005 (Act No. 53 of 2005), the Governor hereby makes the following amendments in Government Notification No. 3296/1-11-2005-44 (G)-2005 dated 24 November, 2005:— Amendment The Governor is further pleased to direct that the aforesaid Authority shall consist of the following Chairperson and Members:— 1. Chief Minister, Uttar Pradesh — Chairperson 2. Lieutenant General (Retd.) Shri Ravindra Pratap Sahi —Member 3. Minister, Agriculture Department — Member 4.
