NOTIFICATION New Delhi, the 28th February, 2008 G.S.R. llS(E).- In exercise ofthe powers conferred by Section 9 ofthe Sugar Development Fund Act, 1982 (4 of 1982), the Central Goverrunent hereby makes the follow­ ing rules further to amend the Sugar Development Fund Rules, l983,namely:- 1: (l) These rules may be called the Sugar Development Fund (Amendment) Rules, 2008. (2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette. 2. In the Sugar Development Fund Rules, 1983, (a) in rule 26 . (~ in sub-rule (3), for the word and fig ures "FORM fX" the word and figures ·"FORM XI" shall be substituted; (iQ the "FORM NO. fX" occurring after sub-rule (14) shall be omitted; (b) after"Form X", tlte following Form shall be inserted,- "Forrn No. XI [See rul,e 26] Application for reschedulement of loan taken from Sugar Development Fund towards promoters' contribu­ tion for fmancing modernization/rehabilitation scheme.
