Ems. compose cork go 2006 and published as S.R.Q“N6.154/2006 in the Kerala Gazette Extraordinary No.389 dated 18th February, 2006 in the vacancy which arose due to expiry of tenure of Sri.George Joseph.M, Superintending Engineer (Rtd.), Irrigation Department and consequently make the following further amendment to the said notification, namely:- . AMENDMENT In the said notification, in item (g), for sub-item (ii) and the entries against it, the following sub-item and entries shall respectively be substituted, namely :- Thuruvickal P.O, Thiruvananthapuram 695 011." Explanatory Note . , (This does not form part of the notification, but is intended to indicate its general purport) As per notification issued under G.O(P) No.6/2006/WRD, dated 18 th February, 2006 and published as S.R.O No.154/2006 in the Kerala Gazette Extraordinary No.389 dated 18th February, 2006, the Government have constituted the Kerala Dam Safety Authority. As per subsection (1) of section 58 of the Kerala Irrigation and Water Conservation Act, 2003(Act 31 of 2003), the Authority consists of fourteen members of whom two shall be experts in the field of conservation of water resources and dams to be nominated by the Government. Government have decided to nominate Sri.K.H.Shamsudeen, Chief Engineer (Rtd.), Irrigation Department as a member of the Authority in the vacancy which arose due to the expiry of the tenure of Sri.George Joseph.M, Superintending Engineer (Rtd.), Irrigation Department. : The notification is intended to achieve the above object.
