Wh. sitareda, stafaa. 470 Weyer wuss, feat 28 AE 2021 Bhopal, the 28th May 2021 No. F A 3-01-2018-1-V-(22).—In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 15 of the Madhya Pradesh High Speed Diesel Upkar Adhiniyam, 2018 (No. 12 of 2018), the State Government, hereby, makes the following amendments in the Madhya Pradesh High Speed Diesel Upkar Niyam, 2018, namely :—~ AMENDMENTS In the said rule,— (1) In rule 5, for the figures and words “0045—-other taxes and duties on commodities and service— 112”, the figures and words “0040—taxes on sales and trade etc.—112”, shall be substituted. (2) In Form C-2, for the figures and words “0045—other taxes and duties on commodities and service—112”, the figures and words “0040—taxes on sales and trade etc.—-112”, shall be substituted. 2. This notification shall be deemed to have been come into force from Ist April, 2021.
