(EXTRA.), JULY 18, 2024 (ASAR. 27, 1946 SAKA) HARYANA GOVERNMENT ANIMAL HUSBANDRY & DAIRYING DEPARTMENT Notification The 18th July, 2024 THE PREVENTION AND CONTROL OF INFECTIOUS AND CONTAGIOUS DISEASE IN ANIMAL ACT, 2009 No. 3455(CFMS)-A.H.-4-2024/4113.— In exercise of the powers conferred by Sub-Section (5) of Section 6 of “The Prevention and Control of Infectious and Contagious Disease in Animal Act, 2009” the Government of Haryana hereby de-notify the District Kaithal as “Control Area” for equine species against Glanders disease and allows the movement of equine species within or outside the State and allows the holding of races, fair, exhibition, games and gathering of such animals in Kaithal District.
