File No.10-35099/39/2021-35- I/113440/2021 UTTAR PRADESH SHASHAN VITT (SANSTHAGAT)ANUBHAG-35 In pursuance of the provisions of clause (3) of Article 348 of the Constitution of India, the Governor is pleased to order the publication of the following English translation of Notification NO 598B/V(S) ANU-35- 2021 dated 12.11.2021 Notification LUCKNOW: DATED 12 NOVEMBER, 2021 In exercise of the powers under sub-sections (1) and (2) of section 7 of the Banning of Unregulated Deposit Schemes Act, 2019 (Act no. 21 of 2019) (hereinafter referred to as the said Act), the Governor is pleased to appoint all Divisional Commissioners in the State as Competent Authority within their jurisdiction for the purposes of the said Act, except for section 30 of the said Act and all Additional Commissioners (Administration) within their respective jurisdictions to assist the Competent Authority in discharging its function for the purposes of the said Act. Under the aforesaid sub-section (1), the Governor is further pleased to appoint the Additional Chief Secretary/Principal Secretary/ Secretary to the Government of Uttar Pradesh in the Home Department as the Competent Authority for the purposes of section 30 of the said Act. Lucknow. 3- Additional Chief Secretary, Finance/Home/Niyukti/Revenue, Govt of U.P. Lucknow. 4- Principal Secretary, Nyay Department, Govt of U.P., Lucknow. 5- All Divisional Commissioner, U.P. 6- All District Magistrates, U.P. 7- All Additional Commissioners (Administration), U.P. Lucknow. 8- Director General, Sansthagat Vitt, Beema & External Aided Project Maha Nideshalay, 16-Vidhan Sabha Marg, Lucknow. 9- Superintend, Printing & Stationery, Aishbagh, Lucknow, U.P. with the request that the notification may be published in the next issue of the official Gazette and 15-15 copies of the published notification may be sent to the Additional Chief Secretary Finance.
