IN pursuance of the provisions of clause (3) of Article 348 of the Constitution, the Gavernor is pleased to order the publication of the following English translation of notification no. 1766/LII-2-2022- No. 1766/LI11-2-2022-2(255)-03T.C. Dated Lucknaw, July 27, 2022 WHEREAS vide notification no. 1890/L11-2-2021-2(255)-03T.C., dated October 22, 2021, Shri Syed Faizi, Mutawalli 110, Husaini Market Karbala, Talkatora Near A Block, Rajajipuram, Lucknow was appointed as a member of Uttar Pradesh Shia Central Board of Wagf from Mutawalli Category; AND, WHEREAS, in accordance with the provision of sub-clause (i) of clause (e) of section 16 of the Waqf Act, 1995 (Act no. 43 of 1995) the aforesaid member is disqualified to be a member of the aforesaid Board, Now, THEREFORE, in exercise of the powers under clause (a) of section 20 of the Waqf Act, 1995 (Act no. 43 of 1995), the Governor is pleased to remave the aforesaid member from the membership of the Uttar Pradesh Shia Central Board of Waqf.
