(£he (Baxette of 3ndia EXTRAORDINARY _ _ ; _ PUBLISHED BY AUTHORITY No. 64) NEW DELHI, THURSDAY, FEBRUARY 11, 2010/MAGHA 22, 1931 MINISTRY OF CIVIL AVIATION NOTIFICATION New Delhi, the 11th February, 2010 G.S.R. 73(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2) of Section 6 read with clause (a) of sub-section (2) of Section 51 of the Airports Economic Regulatory Authority of India Act, 2008 (27 of 2008), the Central Government hereby makes the following rules to amend the Airports Economic Regulatory Authority of India (Salaries, Allowances and other Conditions of Service of the Chairperson and Members) Rules, 2009, namely:— 1.(1) These rules may be called the Airports Economic Regulatory Authority of India (Salaries, Allowances and other Conditions of Service of the Chairperson and Members) Amendment Rules, 2010. (2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette. 2. In the Airports Economic Regulatory Authority of India (Salaries, Allowances, and other Conditions of Service of the Chairperson and Members) Rules, 2009, in rule 3, for sub-rule (2), the following sub-rule shall be substituted, namely :— "(2) The Member shall be entitled to a monthly salary in the Pay Band 'HAG' in the scale of Rs.67,000 (annual increment @3%) - 79,000."
