APPELLATE AUTHORITIES UNDER CHANDIGARH ADMINISTRATION FINANCE DEPARTMENT NOTIFICATION CHANDIGARH ' No. 8/l/-UTF 1(4)-88/4953 The 11th April, 1988 CHANDIGARH ") In supersession of Chandigarh Administration, Finance Department Notification No. 6031-UTF 1(4)-81/13969, dated the 24th· September, 1981, and in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2) of Section 28 of the Water (prevention and Control of Pollution) Act, 1974, the Administrator, Union Territory, Chandigarh, is pleased to appoint the following three officers as the Appellate Authority, namely :-- i) Mrs. Anjuly Duggal, Deputy Secretary Finance, Chandigarh Administration.
