Establishment of Civil Judge Senior Division Court at Umarked, District Yavatmal

LAW AND JUDICIARY DEPARTMENT Mantralaya , Madam Cama Marg, Hutatma Rajguru Chowk, No. CRC 2019/CR 206(1I)/Desk XII.—In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (b) of section 3 of the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955 (25 of 1955), in its application to the state of Maharashtra and of all other powers enabling it in this behalf, the Government of Maharashtra hereby, with effect from the 25th November, 2023, specifies the Court of Civil Judge (Senior Division), Umarkhed, in Yavatmal District, as having jurisdiction in respect of the matters to be dealt with under the said Act within the local limits of all the existing court of Civil Judge (Junior Division) 8६ Umarkhed and NOTIFICATION Mumbai 400 032, dated the 21st November, 2023. Mahagaon established under the Maharashtra Civil Courts Act,1869 ( XIV of 1869).
