SREE CHITRA TIRUNAL INSTITUTE FOR MEDICAL SCIENCES & TECHNOLOGY, TRIVANDRUM, THIRUVANANTHAPRUAM - 895 011, KERALA, INDIA NOTIFICATION In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2) of Section 32 of the Sree Chitra Tirunai Institute for Medical Sciences and Technology, Trivandrum, Act, 1980 (52 of 1980) read with sub-section (1) thereof with the previous approval of the Central Government, the Sree Chttra tirunai Institute for Medical Sciences and Technology hereby makes . the following amendment to the Sree Chitra Tirunai Institute for Medical Sciences and Technology, Trivandrum Regulations, 1981 (hereinafter referred to as the said regulations) namely: 1. Short Title and Commencement - (i) These regulations may be called the Sree Chitra Tirunai Institute for Medical Sciences and technology, Trivandrum (Amendment) Regulations, 2014: (ii) They shall come into force at once. 2. In the said Regulations (11) in Clause (ii), the following entries shall be substituted with regard to the constitution of the Governing Body: *The member of the Institute representing the Department of Science and Technology, Government of India; and the Financial Adviser, Department of Science and Technology, Government of India". The above amendment to Clause (ii) Regulation -11 Is issued with the approvals of the institute Body (Resolution No.5, dated 30.09.2014) and the Central Government (DST) vide letters No. AI/18/3/SCT/2014. dated 23.03.2015 and 16.04.2015.
