ORDER: In the letters second read above, the Commissioner of Labour has sent the proposal for making necessary amendments to sub-clause (3) of clause 1, clause 2(g) and clause 2(i) of the Tamil Nadu Manual Workers Social Security and Welfare Scheme, 2006 for inclusion of eniploymentspecifieq in item Nos.13, 19, 22, 28, 40, 46, 50 and 56 _ ,• 2. Accordingly, the appended Notification will be published in the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette. The Works Manager, Government Central Press, Chennai-600 001 is requested to send ten copies of the Gazette to the Government and ten copies to the Commissioner of Labour, Chennai-600 006, directly. 3. The Director, Tamil Development and Information (Translation) Department, Secretariat, Chennai-600 009 is requested to send the Tamil translation of the (P.T.O.) Notification to the Works Manager, Government Central Press, Chennai-600 001 for publication in the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette. In exercise of the powers conferred by section 3 read with section 4 of the Tamil Nadu Manual Workers (Regulation of Employment and Conditions of Work) Act, 1982 (Tamil Nadu Act 33 of 1982), the Governor of Tamil Nadu, after consultation with the Advisory Committee, hereby makes the following amendments to the Tamil Nadu Manual Workers Social Security and Welfare Scheme, 2006:- AMENDMENTS. In the said Scheme,- (1) in clause 1, in sub-clause (3) for the expression "items 6, 10, 11, 12, 17, 18, 24, 30, 32, 33, 35, 36, 43, 45, 51, 52, 54, 58, 59, 60 and 62", the expression "items 6, 52, 54, 56, 58, 59, 60 and 62" shall be substituted; (2) in clause 2,- (i) in sub-clause (g), for the expression, "item 6, 10, 11, 12, 17, 18, 24, 30, 32, 33, 35, 36, 43, 45, 51, 52, 54, 58, 59, 60 and 62", the expression "items 6, 51, 52, 54, 56, 58, 59, 60 and 62" shall be substituted; (ii) in sub-clause (i) for the expression "items 6, 10, 11, 12, 17, 18, 24, 30, 32, 33, 35, 36, 43, 45, 51, 52, 54, 58, 59, 60 and 62", the expression "items 6, 51, 52, 54, 56, 58, 59, 60 and 62" shall be substituted.
