Or An expert representative of Director General, Animal Husbandry & Dairying Department, Haryana with at least 15 years experience not below the rank of Sub Divisional Engineer or Deputy Director nominated by him. Member 3 Veterinary Surgeon working at Haryana Livestock Development Board, Panchkula Member 4 Deputy Director, Animal Husbandry & Dairying Department, Haryana, Panchkula Member Secretary Functions:- (a) Certification of animals as per Section 8 of the Act; (b) Certification of male animals as per Section 15 of the Act Chandigarh: AMNEET P.
