(EXTRA.), OCT. 1, 2021 (ASVN. 9, 1943 SAKA) HARYANA GOVERNMENT EXCISE AND TAXATION DEPARTMENT Notification The 1st October, 2021 No. 52/GST-2.— In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (3) of section 9 of the Haryana Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (19 of 2017), the Governor of Haryana, on the recommendations of the Council, hereby makes the following amendments in the Haryana Government, Excise and Taxation Department, notification No.38/ST-2, dated the 30th June, 2017, namely:- Amendment In the Haryana Government, Excise and Taxation Department, notification No.38/ST-2, dated the 30th June, 2017, after Serial Number 3 and entries thereagainst, the following serial number and the entries thereagainst shall be inserted, namely: - " 3A. 33012400, Following essential oils other than those of citrus fruit namely: - a. Of peppermint (Mentha piperita); b. Of other mints: Spearmint oil (ex-mentha spicata), Water mint-oil (ex-mentha aquatic), Horsemint oil (ex-mentha sylvestries), Bergament oil (ex-mentha citrate). Any Unregistered Person Any Registered Person"; 2. This notification shall come into force on the 1st day of October, 2021.
