No. 46- Dated- 18th July, 2018-- In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 11 of the Jharkhand Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (12 of 2017), the Government of Jharkhand on being satisfied that it is necessary in the public interest so to do, on the recommendations of the Council, hereby makes the following further amendment in the notification of the Government of Jharkhand, in the Department of Commercial Taxes, No.8/2017 – State Tax (Rate), dated the 29th June, 2017, published in the Gazette of Jharkhand, Extraordinary, vide S.O. 38 dated the 29th June, 2017 and last amended vide notification No. 10/2018- State Tax (Rate), dated the 30th March, 2018, published in the Gazette of Jharkhand, vide S.O. 30, dated the 30th March, 2018, namely:- No. 676 Jharkhand Gazette (Extraordinary), Wednesday, 18th July, 2018 In the said notification, for the figures, letters and words “30th day of June, 2018”, the figures, letters and words “30th day of September, 2018” shall be substituted. 2. This notification shall be deemed to be effective from 29th June 2018. By the order of the Governor of Jharkhand, Additional Chief Secretary. Note: - The principal notification No.8/2017-State Tax (Rate), dated the 29th June,2017 was published in the Gazette of Jharkhand, vide S.O. 38 dated the 29thJune, 2017 and last amended vide notification No.10/2018- State Tax (Rate), dated the 30th March, 2018, published in the Gazette of Jharkhand, Extraordinary, vide S.O. 30 dated the 30th March, 2018.
