(5) High Court Letter No. B(W)A-6804 of 1992/1029/20979, dated 26th August No. FC-1120/189/CR.30/IX.— As per Government Notifications dated 13th January 1989 referred at Sr.No.1 and dated 8th June 2020 referred at Sr.No.02, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (Z) and (2) of section 3 of Family Courts Act,1984 (66 of 1984) (in short ‘the said Act’), the Government of Maharashtra, in consultation with the High Court of Judicature AT AR-3F-2¢3-2 at Bombay has conferred jurisdiction to the Family Court, Pune comprising the area of Municipal Corporation of the Pune City and the Cantonment Areas of Pune and Khadki, for the purpose of exercising the Jurisdiction and powers conferred by the said Act. Subsequently, by notification dated 30th June 2021 referred at Sr.No.3, issued by the Government of Maharashtra and order dated 30th June 2021 at Sr.No. 4 of Pune Municipal Corporation, 23 villages have been included within the limits of Pune Municipal Corporation, Pune, which are as under :— Sr. No. Name of Village Sr. No. Name of Village Sr.No. Name of Village (€))] Mhalunge 2) Sus (3) Bavdhan Bk.
