No. 20, Dated 29th January, 2021- In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-rule (4) of rule 48 of the Jharkhand Goods and Services Tax Rules, 2017, the Government, on the recommendations of the Council, hereby makes the following further amendments in the notification of the Government of Jharkhand in the Commercial Taxes Department, No. 13/2020 – State Tax, dated the 25th June, 2020, published in the Gazette of Jharkhand, Extraordinary, vide S.O. No. 36, dated 25th June, 2020, namely:- In the said notification, in the first paragraph, with effect from the 1st day of January, 2021, for the words “five hundred crore rupees”, the words “one hundred crore rupees” shall be substituted. 2. This notification shall be deemed to be effective from the 10th November, 2020.
