Amendment to the Constitution of the Board of National Trust

EXTRAORDINARY PUBLISHED BY AUTHORITY No. 2292] NEW DELHI, TUESDAY, SEPTEMBER 20, 2016/BHADRA 29, 1938 MINISTRY OF SOCIAL JUSTICE AND EMPOWERMENT [Department of Empowerment of Persons with Disabilities (Divyangjan)] NOTIFICATION New Delhi, the 20th September, 2016 S.O. 3004(E).–In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (4) of section 3 of the National Trust for Welfare of Persons with Autism, Cerebral Palsy, Mental Retardation and Multiple Disabilities Act, 1999 (44 of 1999) read with sub-rule (5) of rule 3 of the National Trust for Welfare of Persons with Autism, Cerebral Palsy, Mental Retardation and Multiple Disabilities Rules, 2000, the Central Government, hereby makes the following further amendments in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Social Justice and Empowerment number S.O. 881(E) dated the 22nd September, 2000 published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3, sub-section (ii) dated the 25th September, 2000, namely:- In the said notification, for serial numbers 8 to 10 and the entries relating thereto, the following shall be substituted, namely: - “8. Shri Ajeetsingh Mahavirsingh Shekhawat, Kudasan, Gandhinagar, Gujarat Member (Appointed by nomination to represent persons with disability – Cerebral Palsy) Guwahati, Assam Member (Appointed by nomination to represent persons with disability – Multiple Disabilities) Puthuvilai, Thalakulam, Neyyoor, Kanyakumari, Tamil Nadu Member (Appointed by nomination to represent persons with disability – Multiple Disabilities)”.
