IN pursuance of the provisions of clause (3) of Article 348.of the Constitution, the Governor is pleased to order the publication of the following English translation of notification no. 37/1-11-2019- No. 37/1-11-2019-02(G)-201% Dated Lucknow, February 26,2019 IN exercise of the powers under sub-section (1) of section 7 of the Uttar Pradesh Disaster Management Act, 2005 (U. P. Act no. 20 of 2005) read with section 21 of the Uttar Pradesh General Clauses Act, 1904 (U.P. Act no. 1 of 1904) and section 14 of the Disaster Management Act, 2005 (Act no. 53 of 2005), the Govemor is pleased to make the following amendment in Government notification no. 3296/1-11-2005-44(G)-2005, dated November 24, 2005, AMENDMENT In the aforesaid notification for para second the following para shall be substituted, namely :- The Governor is further pleased to direct that the aforesaid authority shall consist of the following Chairperson and the members :- 1.
