Corrigendum to Notification dated 16 march 2024 regarding conversion of occupancy class II to Class I land and Leasehold lands into Occupancy Class-I lands Self-redevelopment Amnesty Scheme)(Second Amendment) Rules, 2024

No. Jamin-2023/C.R. 292/J-1.—Following corrigendum may be read in notification Extraordinary No. 157 Part 4-B-157-1 published vide Government notification No. Jamin-2023/ (1) Page No. 1 in Rule 1(2), in the second line, the words “or leasehold rights” after the words “on occupancy class-II” shall be deleted. ( 2) Page No. 2 in Rule 3(1) in first line - after “land granted on occupancy Class II” the words “or leasehold basis” shall be deleted. (3) Page No. 2 in Rule 3(1) in third line - after “for conversion of occupancy Class II land” the words “or leasehold land” shall be deleted. (4) Page No. 2 Rule (3) (4) in third line - after “…convert the occupancy Class II land”, the words “or leasehold land” shall be deleted. (5) Page No. 2 after Table, in the first line after “conversion of occupancy class-II” word “leasehold” shall be deleted.
