Be it enacted by the Rajasthan State Legislature in the Seventy-second Year of the Republic of India, as follows:- 1. Short title and commencement.- (1) This Act may be called the Rajasthan Tourism Trade (Facilitation and Regulation) (Amendment) Act, 2021. (2) It shall come into force at once. 2. Insertion of new section 27-A, Rajasthan Act No. 9 of 2010.- After the existing section 27 and before the existing section 28 of the Rajasthan Tourism Trade (Facilitation and Regulation) Act, 2010 (Act No. 9 of 2010), the following new section shall be inserted, namely:- "27-A. Offences to be cognizable.- All the offences punishable under this Act shall be cognizable and bailable: Provided that the offences punishable under sub-section (3) and sub-section (4) of section 13 of this Act shall be cognizable and non-bailable.".
