EXTRAORDINARY PUBLISHED BY AUTHORITY No. 607] NEW DELHI, WEDNESDAY, FEBRUARY 12, 2020/MAGHA 23, 1941 MINISTRY OF ENVIRONMENT, FOREST AND CLIMATE CHANGE NOTIFICATION New Delhi, the 12th February, 2020 S.O. 666(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (3) of section 3 of the Environment (Protection) Act, 1986 (29 of 1986) and in pursuance of the notification of the Government of India in the erstwhile Ministry of Environment and Forests, number S.O. 1533(E), dated the 14 th September, 2006, the Central Government hereby makes the following amendment in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Environment, Forest and Climate Change, published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3, Sub-section (ii), vide number S.O. 4001(E), dated the 20 th December, 2017, namely:- In the said notification, in the opening paragraph, against serial number 1, for the entry, the following entry shall be substituted, namely:- Indian Administrative Service (Retired) House No. 14, Aditya Fort View Villas, Shivalayam Road, Puppalaguda, Manikonda, Hyderabad - 500 089, Telangana ARVIND NAUTIYAL, Jt. Secy.
