(2) They shal l comc into force on the date of 'hcir publ icat ion in the Off ic ial Gazette. 2. Disqual i f icat ion.-No pcrson,._ (a) rvho has entered into , t r contracted a mar- r iage with a person having r spousL' l iv ing, or into or contracted a marr irgc tv i th any Person, shal l be el igible for appointment to the said posts : Provided that the Counci l may, i f sat isf ied that such marr iagc is permissiblc undcr lhe personal larv appl icable to such person and the other party to lhe marr iage and that there are othcr grounrls for so doing cxempt ny person from the operl t ion of thesc regulat ions. 6.
