UT ADMINISTRATION OF DAMAN & DIU OFFICE OF THE COMMISSIONER OF VALUE ADDED TAX VALUE ADDED TAX DEPARTMENT} DAMAN NOTIFICATION In exercise of the power conferred by Sub-Rule (4) of Rule 31 of Daman and Diu Value Added Tax Rules, 2005, read with section 36 of Daman and Diu Value Added Tax Regulation, 2005, the Commissioner (VAT) is pleased to designate IDBI Bank, Daman branch in relation to person having place of business in the District of Daman and Diu as authorized bank for payments of taxes, penalty, interest and any other dues payable under Daman and Diu Value Added Tax regulation, 2005.
