(!) These rules may be called the Appellate Tribunal for Forfeited Property (Conditions of service of Chairman and Members) Amendment Rules. 1985. (2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette. 2, In the Appellate Tribunal for Forfeited Properly (©Additions of service of Chairman iind Members) Rutes. 1978, after clause (b) of sub-rule (1) of rule 11, the following clause shall be inserted, namely :— "(c) Notwithsiandiiij; anything contained in clause (b). where a person appointed as Chairman is due to retire on attaining the age of superannuation under the relevant mlei apni c;«hle to him within a period of one year utter completion of the period of three years referred to in that clause, such parson shall continue to hold office as Chairman till the date of his superannuation under the said rules."
