Amendments in Rates of Petrol and Diesal

Extraordinary Bhadra 9, Monday, Saka 1937-August 31, uus ~ 4 (~T) PUBLIC WORKS DEPARTMENT NOTIFICATION Jaipur, August 31, 2015 S.O. 129 .- In exercise of the powers conferred by section 3 .of the Rajasthan State Road Development Fund Act, 2004 (Act No.' 13 of 2004), the State Govemment being of the opinion that it is expedient in the public interest so to do, hereby makes the following amendments in this' department's notification No. F.8(Il)PW/94 dated 06.09.2004, as amended from time to time, with effect from 01.09.2015, namely:- AMENDMENTS In the table given in the said notification- (i)" in column number 3 against serial number 1,.for the existing expression " Rupee one per Litre", the expression "Rupee one and twenty five paisa per Litre" shall be substituted. (ii) in column number 3 against serial number 2, for the existing .expression " Rupee one per Litre", the expression" Rupee one and twenty five paisa per Litre" shall be substituted.
