EXTRAORDINARY © Govt. of Haryana No. 21–2021/Ext.] CHANDIGARH, THE PREVENTION AND CONTROL OF INFECTIOUS AND CONTAGIOUS DISEASES No. AH-4-2021/820.— In exercise of the powers conferred by Sub Sub-sections (1) and (2) of Section 7 of “The Prevention and Control of Infectious and Contagious Diseases in Animals Act, 2009 (27 of 2009)”, the Government of Haryana, hereby d District Ambala infected with Avian Influenza (H5N8). The area within 1 kilometre radius from epicentres (Sumit Poultry Farm, Village Bichpari, District Ambala 1-10 kilometre radius from the epicentres No birds, eggs or feed of avian species i.e. Poultry, Ducks, Turkey, Guinea Fowl etc. shall be moved from the above described area to any other place. The area within 1 kilometre radius from epicentres Sumit Poultry Farm, Village Bichpari, District Ambala) is declared as ‘Infected Zone’ and further area b radius from the epicentres is declared as ‘Surveillance Zone’. No birds, eggs or feed of avian species i.e. Poultry, Ducks, Turkey, Guinea Fowl etc. shall be moved from the above described area to any other place.
