Uttar Pradesh Shasan In pursuance of the provisions of clause (3) of article 348 of the Constitution, the Governor is pleased to order the publication of the following English translation of notification no. 4751 s/Chi-U-a-1-91-1504 (1)/75 dated January 22, 1992. In exercise of the powers under section 11 of the Uttar Pradesh Sugarcane (Regulation of supply and Purchase) Act, 1953 (U. P. Act. Act no. 1 of 1904) and in supersession of all previous notifications on the subject, the Governor is pleased to appoint with effect from the date of taking over charge the persons mentioned in column 2 of the table given below as Inspector for the purpose of the said Act no.
