The term of the Committee shall, unless sooner dissolved, be three years from the date of its constitution. 3. The Committee constituted earlier vide Gazette Notification No. S.O.503(E) dated 17.02.2016 stands dissolved from the date of publication of this notification in the Official Gazette. Note : The earlier notification constituting the Committee for the Purpose of Control and Supervision of Experiments on Animals was published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary vide No. S.O.32 (E) dated 10 th January, 2003 and was subsequently amended vide Notification Numbers. S.O. 599(E) 25.01.2005, S.O.1491(E) dated 17.10.2005 and S.O.933(E) dated 21.06.2006. The Committee was again constituted and published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary vide No. S.O.1817(E) dated 19.10.2006 and amended vide notification numbers S.O.1328(E) dated 07.06.2010 and S.O.2778(E) dated 10.11.2010. The Committee was further re-constituted and published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary vide No. S.O.2041(E) dated 30.08.2012. The Committee was re-constituted and published again in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary vide No. S.O.3506 (E) dated 23.12.2015. In supersession to the Gazette of India, Extraordinary vide No. S.O.3506 (E) dated 23.12.2015, the constitution of the Committee was amended and published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary vide No. S.O.503(E) dated 17.02.2016. and Published by the Controller of Publications, Delhi-110054.
