Uttar Pradesh Shasan In pursuance of the provision of clause (3) of Article 348 of the Constitution of India, the Governor is pleased to order the publication of the following English translation of Government Notification no.-1039/XI-2-9(47)/17-U.P.Act-1-2017-Order-(200)-2021 dated 01 October, 2021. NOTIFICATION Lucknow : Dated : 01 October, 2021 In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1), sub-section (3) and sub-section (4) of section 9, sub-section (1) of section 11, sub-section (5) of section 15, sub-section (1) of section 16 and section 148 of the Uttar Pradesh Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (U.P. Act no 1 of 2017), the Governor, on being satisfied that it is necessary in the public interest so to do, on the recommendations of the Council, hereby makes the following further amendments in the Notification no,-KA.NE.-2-842/X1-9(47)/17-U_P.Act-1-2017-Order-(09)-2017 dated 30.06.2017, namely:- In the said notification, - (i) in the Table, - (a) against serial number 3, in column (3), in item (iv), in clause (g), after the figures and letters “I2AA”™, word, figures and letlers “ or 12AB” shall be inserted; (b) in serial number 17, - / (A) item (i) and the entries relating thereto in columns (3), (4) and (5) shall be omitted; (B) for item (ii) and the entries relating thereto in columns (3), (4) and (5), the following entries shall be substituted, namely:- @) L_@® 6) “(i) Temporary or permanent transfer or permitting the 9 2; use or enjoyment of Intellectual Property (IP) right. | (c) against scrial number 26, in column (3), - (A) after item (ic) and the entries relating thereto in columns (3), (4) and (5), the following entrics shall be inserted, namely:- “(ica) Services by way of job work in Telation to 9 -s > manufacture of alcoholic liquor for human consumption (B)in item (id), for the brackets, letters and word “G), Ga), (ib) and (ic)”, the brackets, letters and word “(i), (ia), (ib), (ic) and (ica)’” shall be substituted; (C) in item (iv), for the brackets, letters and word “C), (ia), (ib), (ic), (id), (ii), (iia) and (iii)”, the brackets, letters and word “(i), (ia), (ib), (ic), (ica), (id), (iD, (iia) and (iii)” shall be substituted; (A) item (i) and the entries relating thereto in colurnns (3), (4) and (5) shall be omitted: (B) for item (ii) and the entries relating thereto in columns (3), (4) and (5), the following entries shall be substituted, namely:- Q) (4) (3) “Other manufacturing services; publishing, printing and 9 "5 ! ’ reproduction services; material recovery services (e) against serial number 34, for items (iii) and (iila) and the entries relating thereto in columns (3), (4) and (5), following items and entries shall be substituted, namely:- G) (4) G) “(ili) Services by way of admission to; (b) ballet, - {a) theme parks, water parks and any other place having Joy rides, merry- go rounds, go carting, or other than any place covered by (fia) below (tila) Services by way of admission to (a) casinos or race 14 7, clubs or any place having casinos or race clubs or (b) sporting events like Indian Premier League. | (1) against serial number 38, in column (3). in Explanation, for the figures, words and letter “ 234 of Schedule 1”, the figures, letter ard words “201A of Schedule II” shall be substituted; (ii) in the “Annexure: Scheme of Classification of Services”, after serial number 118 and the entries revating thereto, the following shall be inserted, namely:- a) Q) _8) (4) ] “18a | Group 99654 Multimodal Transport of goods from a | place in India to another place in India 118b | 99654 | Multimodal ‘Transport of goods from ai place in India to another place in India”. | i 2.
