Ree were aS aT SUSIITA, Bhopal, the 28th September 2020 No. F A 3-18-2018-1-[V-(62).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (4) of Section 3 and Section 3-A of the Madhya Pradesh Vat Act, 2002 (No. 20 of 2002) and in Supersession of this Department's Notification No. F A 3-18-2018-1-V-(45), Bhopal, the 29th July, 2020, the State Government, hereby, appoints the Officers mentioned in Column (2) of the Table below as Appellate Authority for the area specified in column (3) and confers the powers to dispose off the Appeal cases pending or arising Under section 46 of the said act in the area.
