Uh WT 3-21-2021-1-Wa-(91) feria 27 fearar 2021 or sits sqare Weal & wR a Uaesrr vara feat Sa &. adorei taitit, wa afaa. 1030 Ree tsa, feat 27 fears 2021 Bhopal, the 27th December 2021 No. F A 3-21-2021-1-V(91).—In exercise of the powers conferred by rule 3-A of the Madhya Pradesh Profession Tax Rules, 1995 and in supersession of this department's notification No. F-A-3-14-2010-1-V(68), dated 16" August, 2010, the State Government, hereby, provides that an application for grant of registration certificate under section 8 of the Madhya Pradesh Profession Tax Act, 1995 (No. 16 of 1995) shall be furnished by an employer or a person electronically in Form 1 or Form 3, as the case may be, through the official web portal of the department (www.mptax.mp.gov.in) in accordance with the instructions given in the web portal. 2. The application for certificate of registration by an employer or person shall mandatorily be filed electronically only under rule 3-A of the Madhya Pradesh Profession Tax Rules, 1995.
