T f ^ l ^ •#• "#• 1^-33004/99 -33004/99 (Uie (Baxette of <3n4ici 5F>T EXTRAORDINARY PUBLISHED BY AUTHORITY ft- U 79] No. 79] TO t*VT MINISTRY OF SOCIAL JUSTICE AND EMPOWERMENT NOTIFICATION New Delhi, the 16 February, 2004 G.S.R. 123(E).— In exercise of the powers conferred by Sub-sections (1) and (2) of Section 35 of the National Trust for Welfare of Persons with Autism, Cerebral Palsy, Mental Retardation and Multiple Disabilities Act, 1999 (44 of 1999), the Board, with the previous approval of the Central Government, hereby makes the following regulations to amend the Board of the Trust Regulations, 2001, namely:— 1.(1) These regulations may be called the Board of the Trust (Amendment) Regulations, 2004. (2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette. 2. In the Board ofthe Trust Regulations, 2001 herein after referred as the said regulati ons, in Regulation 13, — (i) in sub regulation (1), the words and letter "Form D or" shall be omitted; and (ii) in sub regulation (8), the words and letter 2 THE GAZETTE OF INDIA: EXTRAORDl"NARY [PARTH—SEC. 3®] 3. In the said Regulations, regulation 14, for sub regulations (1) and (2), the following shallbe substituted, namely:— "The Local Level Committee shall send to the Board quarterly the particulars of the applications received by it, the order passed thereon, and a report on the assess­ ment of the functioning of the guardianship to be deter­ mined by it in consultation with the registered parents associations". 4. In the said Regulation, "FormD"and "FormE" shall be omitted. Note: The principal Regulations were published in the Gazette of India vide number GSR 579(E) dated the 3rd August, 2001.
