NOTIFICATION No, 103/1/3/2017-CX-3(T.C.) Lucknow: February-2.0-- , 2019 WHEREAS the premises named, detailed and described in the Schedule given below is a place used for Supply of Pctrol-Diesel and Depot, a work for purposes ofa public character; . AND WHEREAS an information with respect thereto, of the destruction or obstruction thereof, or interference therewith, would be useful to an enemy; NOW, THEREFORE, in exercise of the powers under sub-clause (d) of clause (8) of section 2 of the Official Secrets Act, 1923 (Act no.XIX of 1923), read with Government of India, Ministry of Home Affairs notification no S.0. 1285 dated May 4, 1963, the Governor is pleased to deélare the premises named, detailed and - described in the Schedule given below to bea "Prohibited Place" for the purposes of the said Act and to direct that a copy of this notification in English and in the vernacular of the locality be affixed to the said premises.
