(Received the assent of the Governor on 24th March, 2021) THEARUNACHAL PRADESH FISCAL RESPONSIBILITYAND BUDGET MANAGEMENT (AMENDMENT) ACT, 2021. AN : g» - -.¢ ACT (Act No. 3 of2021) further to amend theArunachal Pradesh Fiscal Responsibility and Budget Management Act, 2006 (Act No. 4 of 2006). • Be it enacted by the legislative Assembly of ArunacnalPradesh in the Seventy Second year of the Republic of India as follows: (1) This Act may be called the Arunachal Pradesh Fiscal Responsibility Short title and and Budget Management (Amendment)Act, 2021. commence- (2) It shall be deemed to have come into force with effect from 17th ment. May, 2020. 2. In theArunachal Pradesh Fiscal Responsibility and Budget Management Amendment of Act, 2006 (Act No. 4 of 2006), in section 4, in sub-section (3), after Section 4. clause (h), the following clause shall be added: "(i) From and out of the Gross State Domestic Product (GSDP), there shall be allowed an additional borrowing of two percent to the State Government in the financial year 2020-21 to fight Covid-19 Pandemic which had a serious negative impact on the resources of the State Government. - · Provided that, the additional borrowing shall be subject to maintaining standards of service delivery to the public to strengthen resources in the hands of State Government. Provided further that, the relaxation limits shall be partly unconditional and partly conditional as specified in Table 'A' and two percent of GSDP as specified in Table 'B'. Table 'A' SI.
