UTTAR PRADESH SHASAN CHIKITSA ANUBHAG-5 1n pursuance of the provision of clause (3) of Article 348 of the Constitution of India, the Governor is pleased to order the publication of the following English translation of Notification No.-2325/FIVE-5-2021 dated 2 December, 2021. NOTIFICATION LUCKNOW, DATED : 27 December, 2021 PROCLAMATION In exercise of the powers conferred by section 3 of the Uttar Pradesh Public Health and Epidemic Diseases Control Act, 2020 (U.P. Act no.17 of 2020), the Governor is pleased to issuc a proclamation declaring that the whole of the State of Uttar Pradesh is effected by Covid-19. 2- This proclamation shall continue to be in force till the 31st day of March, 2022 or till issuance of any further order, whichever is prior. /,u .
