Notice is hereby given that the draft shall be taken into consideration by the Government on or after the expiry of a period of six weeks from the date of publication of this notification in the Official Gazette, together with any objection or suggestion, which may be received by the Labour Commissioner, Punjab, Labour Bhawan Model Welfare Centre, Sector-64, Sahibzada Ajit Singh Nagar, email id: [email protected], from any person with respect to the said draft before the expiry of the period so specified, namely:- DRAFT RULES 1. (1) These rules may be called the Punjab Motor Transport Workers (Amendment) Rules, 2023. (2) They shall come into force on and with effect from the date of their publication in the Official Gazette. 2. In the Punjab Motor Transport Workers Rules, 1963, in rule 5, for the existing table, the following table shall be substituted, namely: - " Maximum Number of motor transport workers To be employed during the year Fees (in rupees) 1500 and above 150000 ."
