UTTAR PRADESH SHASAN NAGAR VIKAS ANUBHAG -7 In pursuance of the provisions of clause(3) of Article 348 of the Constitution, the Governor is pleased to order the publication of the following English translation of notification no-2134/9-7-2019-02(seema NOTIFICATION Lucknow: Date 1% December, 2019 In exercise of the power under clause (2) of Article 243-Q of the Constitution of India read with sub section (2) of section 3 of the Uttar Pradesh Municipal Corporation Act, 1959 (U.P Act No. 2 of 1959), the Governor is pleased to include the area mentioned in the Schedule-1 below in the larger urban area of Municipal Corporation, Firozabad. The Governor is further pleased under clause (व) of Article 243-P of the Constitution to direct that the area mentioned in Schedule-2 after including the area mentioned in Schedule-1 shall be the territorial area of the Municipal Corporation, Firozabad.
