EXTRAORDINARY PUBLISHED BY AUTHORITY No. 3244] NEW DELHI, MONDAY, OCTOBER 19, 2020/ASVINA 27, 1942 MINISTRY OF ENVIRONMENT, FOREST AND CLIMATE CHANGE ORDER New Delhi, the 16th October, 2020 S.O. 3659(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-sections (1) and (3) of section 3 of the Environment (Protection) Act, 1986 (29 of 1986), the Central Government hereby makes the following amendment in the order of the Government of India, in the Ministry of Environment, Forest and Climate Change, published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary vide number S.O. 2587(E), dated the 5th August, 2020, namely:- In the said order, in paragraph 11, for the words, figures and letters “the 30th September, 2020”, the words, figures and letters “the 31st December, 2020” shall be substituted.
