Bhopal, the 19" January 2024 No. FA-3-33-2017-1-V (04).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of Section 9 and sub- section (5) of Section 15 of the Madhya Pradesh Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (19 of 2017), the State Government, on the recommendations of the Council, hereby makes the following further amendments in this department's Notification No. F-A3-33-2017-1-V (42) Dated 29* June 2017, namely :— In the said notification, in Schedule I—2.5%,- @) against S. No. 165, in column (2), for the entry, the entry "2711 12 00, 2711 13 00, 2711 19 10" shall be substituted; z (1) against S. No. 165A, in colurm (2), for the entry, the entry "2711 12 00, 2711 13 00, 2711 19 10" shall be substituted; 2.
