Uttar Pradesh Shasan In pursuance of the provisions of clause (3) of Article 343 of the Constitution of Ind,, the Governor is pleased to order the publication of the following English translation of notification no$7?/IX-2-2020-09 (Seema Vistar) /2008, dated December 23,20 . DRAFT NOTIFICATION No. :0T7/IX-2-2020-09 (Seema Vistar) /2008 WHEREAS, notification no.774/IX-2-2020-09 (Seema Vistar) /2008 dated November 26, 2020 was published to invite objections and suggestions for including the areas specified in Schedule I below in the smaller urban area of Municipal Council Bijnor, District Bijnor as required under sub-section (2) of section 4 of the Uttar Pradesh Muncipalities Act 1916 (U.P. Act no II of 1916) ;hereinafter referred to as the sa.d act; AND WHEREAS, the objections and suggestion received in pursuance of the said notification has been disposed of by Government order no: 851/IX-2-2020-09 (Seema Vistar) /2008 dated December 18,2020; NOW THEREFORE, in exercise of the powers under clause (2) of Article 243-Q of the Constitution of India read with sub-section (2) of section 3 of the said act, the Governor is pleased to include the area specified in Schedule-I below in the smaller urban area of Municipal Council Bijnor, District Bijnor for the purposes of Part IX-A ot the Constitution of India and to direct under clause (d) of Article 243-P of the Constituion of India that the areas specified in Schedule II shall be the terntonal area of Municipal Council Bijnor, District Bijnor I Description of Gata No of the area being included in Municipal Council Bijnor, District - Bijnor s.
