No. VPM-2021/CR-135/PR-4(22).— In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (g) of article 243 of the Constitution of India, read with section 4 of the Maharashtra Village Panchayats Act (III of 1959), and of all other powers enabling it in this behalf, and in supersession of all the previous notifications or instruments issued in that behalf, and after consultation with the Standing Committee of the Zilla Parishad, Nandurbar and Village Panchayat and Gram Sabha Kalmadi T. Bo., in Shahada Tahasil of Nandurbar District, the Governor of Maharashtra hereby specifies the 20th May, 2021, to be the date from which each of the local areas comprising revenue villages of Kalmadi T. Bo., Welavad, Jeevannagar and Wadi in Shahada Tahasil, in Nandurbar District, specified in column (3) of the Schedule appended hereto, shall be the district villages and shall be known by the name of the villages Kalmadi T. Bo and Jeevannagar, respectively, as specified in column (2) thereof, for the purposes of Part IX of the Constitution.
